The Problem
People looking to create basic story/plot outlines were left with only paid options, most of which were desktop applications and saved only locally on the user's computer.
The Solution
Plot Producer - a web application for people looking for help creating an simple yet effective outline for their novel, screenplay, or short story. After creating an account, users answer questions in order to form a rough outline for their story. Users can also create and edit "character cards" in order to keep track of all of the people in their saga.
FEATURES
User Authorization
Users can create an account, and doing so allows them to start plotting right away. Some additional social features are locked until users verify their email address through the web application.
Plot Progress
Users must simply answer the provided questions in order to create their plot. They can do so in any order, and their is a progress bar to indicate the percentage of questions answered.
Character Cards
Users are able to create and delete characters, and add as much additional info as they like through character notes. Users can also generate random notes for inspiration or as examples.
